Jim Washok, Director of Solutions Design & Development
Jim has an extraordinary passion for mobile technologies and communications and is the primary architect behind the OTAir system. As a result of over two decades of experience with application development and a diverse educational background, Jim has an uncanny ability to quickly identify marketing voids that can be turned into strengths using creative and appropriate implementations of mobile technologies that are flexible and measurable. Jim also benefits from a varied and continual educational process with a BA in Psychology & Sociology and MS in Technology Management & Marketing.
Chris Littleton, Director of Solutions Engineering
Chris has over 30 years of business and IT management experience combining both technical development and IT strategic management consulting expertise. He managed project management team staff sizes of over 100 professionals and direct line management staff sizes of over 15 direct reports. His industry expertise includes health insurance, security brokerage, real estate services, insurance, manufacturing and oil and gas. Also, his individual project consulting engagements have spanned over 25 years . Chris combines his experience with his MBA education to understand a company's data, financial and CRM needs to guide them in utilizing the mobile medium effectively and realize rapid ROI.
Daniel Catley, Director of Client Solution Support
Daniel focuses his efforts on supporting a wide variety of OTAir’s day-to-day client operations and providing a proactive approach towards client support and account management. After working with the Outbound Extended Operations group at a large Richmond-based financial services firm, Daniel joined the OTAir team in 2005 as one of the company’s first employees. Leveraging a background in media arts & design and corporate communications, as well as extensive experience in internet marketing, Daniel interfaces with new and existing clients on a regular basis to help shape campaign objectives, craft effective mobile interactions , and provide insight into mobile best practices and successful strategies for everything from lead generation to unique tracking of individual customers. In addition to his role with client operations, Daniel also manages carrier relations for OTAir, oversees short code provisioning and set-up for new clients, and works closely with OTAir’s technical resources to help execute new projects, system enhancements, client requests, and messaging functionality from inception through the design, testing, and implementation phases.
