Solutions Design Sales Rep

Location: Richmond, VA

Overview

The Solutions Design team at OTAir works diligently and expeditiously to generate new business and design creative, market-leading, innovative mobile solutions, while providing excellent customer service to our existing customers. We have high expectations for team selling on a daily basis in pursuit of aggressive weekly and monthly goals in lead generation, opportunity assessment, proposal construction, sales closure and exceptional service. We are obsessively passionate about playing with mobile technologies, designing creative mobile services, and witnessing fantastic marketing ROI for our clients and partners.

We are in need of multiple Solutions Design Sales Reps with proven sales skills related to technology, marketing, advertising, media and/or software. Documented or demonstrated expertise in certain target verticals, such as retail, dining, entertainment, sporting, travel and print or broadcast media is a significant plus. Overall responsibilities include prospecting, presenting the OTAir story, working with the rest of the team to generate and present creative solutions, bringing the customer to commitment and assuring an outcome that exceeds their expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

OTAir is a young, growing company that is rapidly implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages that include medical, dental, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401k plan, paid parking, holidays, and paid time off (starting with 15 days). Starting Solutions Design Sales Reps receive a very generous commission-heavy compensation plan with options to convert portions into steady base pay, draw pay, and/or equity options based on performance and tenure. Being a small company allows for lots of room for individual and team specialization. OTAir plans to establish Specialty Solutions Teams that focus on a particular mobile technology or vertical market for competitive advantage; experienced company team members will be sought to lead such teams and will receive very attractive compensation plans.
