WTVR CBS-6 teamed with OTAir to provide a comprehensive text messaging solution during the 2008 NCAA men's basketball tournament. On-air messages were shown twice a game during the 2008 NCAA March Madness tournament. The message offered viewers the chance to text in to win a pair of tickets to an upcoming Final Four tournament in 2009. When users texted in, they were entered into the drawing for the tickets along with receiving a mobile coupon to reduce the price of a one day admission.
